The Nominee must be an active member of the Suncoast FOOLS. The sponsor must also be an active member of the Suncoast FOOLS.
The Nominations must be made by November 21st.
The vote will take place at 6 PM on November 26th at the Venice Elk’s Lodge.
Positions that are available
-President
The president will be the chief executive officer with full authority on the business and its affairs.
-Vice President
The vice president is the chief assistant to the President. The Vice President will also coordinate meetings.
-Secretary
The secretary will record minutes during meetings, manage social media and manage merchandise.
-Treasurer
The treasurer will manage funds and create financial reports for meetings.
– 3 Trustee Spots
The trustees will assist where needed and assist with making decisions regarding the organization.
